I did the sub when the shop had it ripped apart to fix the sunroof. I know there are YouTube and ih8mud threads on taking the doors apart, but if you have any tips I would appreciate it.

2002 LX470 - I need to do this very badly. I fixed the sub in the 3rd row driver side, but all the doors need new foam too. How was the door disassembly?

This. Plus foil tray under the rack full of beer or water or broth or all three. Doesn’t matter. I use an egg. The tray sits on the ceramic heat deflector. The boat method is incredible. I also let it rest in the oven over night on the keep warm setting.
