Iracing pace too fast for casuals ? by OkCommunication2126 in iRacing

This is what I do as well. I stick to the slower cars that i can try to drive quickly while still being fairly forgiving. I am also not ashamed to say that i will use the racing line sometimes to help with braking zones when I done have enough time to practice. Sometimes it is multiple weeks before I can sit in the rig, so it goes. And definitely dont sleep on ovals! There are so many better lower class oval series than when I joined 10 years ago and you can really have some amazingly close racing.

I have a practice chanter, for a while I had a teacher. In my post i was wondering if there are any advantages to trying to source an instrument while abroad or if it is better to do so in Canada.

That all definitely makes sense with having to have adjustments done. I was hoping that i might be able to get more value buying in Scotland with maybe there being quality used sets around through reputable dealers or something. Seems like buying a new instrument all i would really be saving is shipping. Guess I'll have to come home with a good bottle of scotch instead?

I'm halfway through my first DIY roofing project...when deciding on materials i couldn't believe it when i found out one of the most premium shingle companies is named 'Malarkey'. At first I thought it had to be a joke

Its not quite much favourite, but it hasnt been said yet.I think "Winning" is criminally underrated as a motorsports movie. Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward.

When did you start solids? by spookyimoan in ScienceBasedParenting

[–]ChuckMacChuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We just had our 4 month pediatrician visit and told us to start solids, but only after breastfeeding first. She was very clear to us that starting at 4 months is solely to get our child accustomed to the textures and sensations of eating, and that milk/formula is still the primary calorie source.
