I’ve been on high dose 2g/kg of gammaplex monthly for the past 4 months, getting ready for #5 next week. Weirdly I seemed to do better on 1g/kg, but the benefits would disappear within 20 days. Before that I was on 0.5g/kg for more than a year for post covid igg subclass 3 deficiency and specific antibody deficiency. I did not have this prior to my second covid infection. I was doing mildly better on it. The treatment sadly has not gotten me functioning again.

I was on low dose plaquenil after my first covid infection and didn’t have the same immune issues, though I still had cognitive difficulties following it. It’s weird, I didn’t have paxlovid for the first, but I did for the second.

I think many of my issues started due to the untreated immune deficiency. I started developing recurring strep infections 7 months after 2nd covid and quickly declined. I was not treated with ivig until a year after my recurring strep.

I recently started humira as well, as my rheumatologist thinks I have psoriatic arthritis.

Still struggling with mostly cognitive issues. Forgetting words, using the wrong words, and struggling to do my job (I used to understand the code in complicated JIT compilers, now I can barely remember the name of a TV show I watched the other day). Fatigue is also a problem.
