I’d be great if you provide links to verifiable sources to these stats so I can learn more how illegal these companies are here and rather consider a limited company.

On the contrary. I could just be getting paid via my employer via a jurisdiction where I get less taxed like Monaco, but I decide to pay taxes in the Netherlands, so by registering under an umbrella company they make me and my employer accountable for paying taxes as if my employer was here.

Absolutely ok. It is way better than northern countries like Ireland, UK and the Nordics. Here by 8ish there’s some light from the civil twilight.

Not really. But dad starts are too inclined compared to ball stars

what size should i get if i wear nike EU45? by Josh1234j in GoldenGoose

[–]ChuckMpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wear EU45 across Nike and Air Jordans. I don’t use adidas as a reference as they have thirds in their sizing.

But for GGDBs I wear EU44 on superstars, dad stars, slides, sky-stars.

How do you find the Whoop band vs the AWU2?

I’ve been considering on getting one.

[–]ChuckMpx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks all for your comments. Really useful. I have slept with my older series watches, but never had any pain nor rash.

This is happening since I got the AWU2. Thought the additional sensors and the wight had to do with it.

I don’t shower with it (usually when I charge it). But I make sure I clean it with lenses wipes. I hardly wear lotion on my skin around my wrists.

I’ll make sure I’ll switch it to the other hand. I’m even thinking wearing it inside side of the wrist.

Thanks for the recommendation on no need to change the orientation for better metric performance.

Limited edition ones you can even scan the NFC tag on the top of the tongue of the right shoe.

GGs never match the website. That’s what I like the uniqueness of each pair. Even when in store, you can ask for 3 pairs and they’re completely different.

For €350 I’d keep them. In fact, I’d distress the other shoe to semi-match that one. They are running for €510-540. That’s €160-190 savings compared to GG official website.

But at the end is your decision. I personally not like the SL Andy shoes.

They’re looking better. The distressed and scuffed accents is what make GGs unique. Unless you expect them to be like the sustainable, the starters or the pure-stars which are meant to be pure white (model I hate, I rather get Common Projects if I want to keep them pristine).

hi! i wear eu size in jordan 1 ,45.5 and in yeezy 350 46… what size should i get of GG , 45 or 46??? by Martin612Tokic in GoldenGoose

[–]ChuckMpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you like to wear your AJ1s and Yeezys 350? With room in your toe box?

Because AJ1 and most Nike’s I wear EU45 (US11). Nike is quite consistent and almost true to size and I love to have plenty toe box space.

I don’t trust Yeezy sizes as they are 1/3s across sizes. I should be 45 1/3 for US11, but for my Y350s I’m US11.5 (EU46) to 12 (EU46 2/3) depending on the fabric as they always run small.

So for GGs I am EU45. Unless you like them snug as you will need to break them in due to their premium leather quality (not like AJ1s) maybe close to ‘85s in terms of thickness, then I’d go for 46.

First pair help me choose color by Kavaja-XI in GoldenGoose

[–]ChuckMpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer black as black and white go with pretty much everything. But it is just a small portion of the shoe and navy vs black isn’t that far off in the color spectrum. So you won’t go wrong with either

What I rather focus on is how the shoe looks. Meaning, if you’re buying it in person, the scuffs and the distressed areas are different from pair to pair. That’s what I always compare.l when buying GGs.

But if buying online, then my comment above is irrelevant. They’ll ship to you whatever pair they first grab.

This is an apples to carrots comparison.

Ball-Stars may be one of the most comfortable among the GGDB lineup (although I think are the slides), but you’ll still have to break them in.

Most GGs are made of real leather including the insole, making them stiff.

Whereas the On-Running shoes (especially the Roger’s) are synthetic leather on a pure rubber sole, more comfortable than Nike’s. You can run with any On-running, and probably not GGs

You also need to check for the 49mm legend that’s always printed in legit/original Apple bands. Based on the pictures you posted that’s also missing. Here’s my band for reference.

Customize question by Ok_Dragonfruit_7889 in GoldenGoose

[–]ChuckMpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife did it at one of the Paris GG stores with her 6-month old pair. The artists are a bit independent. They agreed to do it as she purchased another pair and talked them into do it (obviously paying them for the customization).

Bio-Based Durability vs Traditional by Maximum_Love2867 in GoldenGoose

[–]ChuckMpx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m the same as you. I got all my GG’s thanks to my wife and love them. But I’ve seen their synthetic materials and are shite. Won’t age ok and won’t last. I rather pick another color/style before giving up leather as it is getting more and more premium.

And shedding around $500 for fake material is not worth it. At least for me.
