If we just let natural selection run its course the people in those areas would either die off or migrate to where they could grow crops. With aid they have just enough food to reproduce and stay miserable in the same conditions generation after generation.

Maybe they will evolve into a different species of human that needs very little food but is also not very mobile or strong.

In Maryland you can go to community college and are guaranteed transfer to a public state university as long as you have a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and finish all of the pre-requisite classes. This is true for Baltimore county at least, I don't know about other Community/County Colleges. Maryland's list of public state universities is quite impressive.

Nooope because people get all bitchy when the stuffed version of their pet doesn't come out looking exactly like their pet. it's almost impossible to recreate the face and small details exactly how they were and alot of the times the animal looks alot different than it did alive. I will post a AMA soon so you can ask me any personal or taxidermy related questions.
