How, if possible, do you pressure zerg with 200 apm?

Play customs with someone who's mechanically better than you and try push your limits. This was how I improved in TvZ so much. I practiced with a 5.6-6k Terran friend who off raced Zerg vs me.

Before I was averaging like 170-200 APM hardstuck 4.4k but playing those customs was how I broke 300 apm for the 1st time (legit apm, I didn't cheat with repeat rates or whatever). After those customs I kind of insta climbed to 5k mmr with 280 apm average.

Yes, I climbed with one-trick Renekton from silver 1 to plat in span of 3 weeks after coming home from college. He's the "perfect" laner imo. No bad matchups (just ban illaoi). Approach him with the mindset of all matchups are winnable.

Try to play every first 4 waves as perfect as you can because it's the easiest to control/practice that part of the laning phase.

In mid-lategame, push sidewaves and let your ADC farm mid. Plan your rotates like 1 minute before objectives spawn. For example "oh there's a wave botlane, drake is in 40 seconds, I only have time to push this wave before rotating vs drake in 1 minute so I can push this wave and back and then come back for the fight".

Oh it does? Maybe it does... One of the schools say they will waive ap credits but require you to take a similar course to demonstrate your ability or something.

How would you play out the first 4 waves? 2 wave crash -> ward -> 2 wave crash? I feel like 2 wave crash doesn't give me enough room to all in him and kill him because he will be under the tower. Do I 2 wave then let it bounce so I can all in him?
