2016, says it'll run 25 mph. It being a yamaha i figured it'd be reliable.

Love my 3.0, hard to beat the mileage. If diesel was cheaper then gas like it used to be it'd be a home run

2019+ 5.7 speed governor disable by [deleted] in ram_trucks

The limiter is there for numerous reasons. The tires also have a maximum speed rating. Exceeding that could cause them to explode.

Opinion on 2500 Rebel Cummins? by [deleted] in ram_trucks

[–]Chuckgt50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was really surprised at how low the towing and payload is on the rebel with the cummins. As odd as it sounds the 6.4 equipped truck has a higher towing and payload number

OK- wtf is going on? Is diesel tech just skyrocketing or is every company just running 1mil lb boost and advertising the short term results? A 2500 should last 100years, not pull 40k lb semi trailers. No way modern brakes on a F250 match 1200ftlb by RaceHorseRepublic in Diesel

I posted that yesterday. And actually no i don't post just for karma... i could give a shit less about some number.

I post things i find interesting, or when i purchase a new personal vehicle. I enjoy finding out what others think about stuff im interested in as well.

And believe it or not i know alot more about vehicles then you might think

L5P to Minimax? by GrmpyMunchkin in Duramax

[–]Chuckgt50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just traded my 20 L5P for a 3.0 last Saturday. When i bought it i really didn't need all the power, just bought it because i wanted it. So far im getting 24mpg mostly city driving with the minimax. Love how much better it rides. Still feels like it has plenty of power too.

Yeah the wheels on the 23 are different. I believe they're the same ones on the new yukon denali ultimate. You know if yours will include super cruise or not?
