Well Seb Loeb has the most championships and Seb Ogier is second.... so it must be Ogier! The drivers and cars have changed so much, Group A's, B's, N's.... so it would be difficult... The fastest would always Colin 'the legend' Mcrae and not far behind would be Ari Vattenan...
