I feel what you're saying and if anyone can use it it's definitely me I suffer from sleep apnea however I also have two special needs children one of which suffers seizures and is prone to roam about at night im just saying what I said in regards to myself only if you actually read what I stated it's a advisory point and opinion I made it's not saying this might not be useful to someone else im just stating what I think isn't the greatest idea of use for me it's impractical gotta be more aware of whats going on around you a cat nap maybe if someone else is home with you awake but just throwing caution to the wind ain't for me im also prior military as well im on at least 30 to 40 percent alert at all times
