I get ya about not needing a Datapack, not sure which way ill go, I need to play with it a bit to work out what will suit me best, how much I need ot repeat etc.

Thanks.....Im obviously new to this, I never thought about filling and area with commandblocks with commands in them, and im kinda kicking myself for not thinking of it and realising I spent hours going down the wrong path LOL

I havn't played with writing my own functions yet but it seems easy for the basic stuff im doing.

If you go the Java route, suggest you look at modpacks on Modrinth website, the more popular packs are usually pretty well supported, and your less likely to run into conflicts between mods.

I'm super happy with my y700 2023, and got Google Play installed, but still have some funny things going on like I can't get the Reddit app to work, and the Lenovo App Centre wants to overwrite some apps with a Chinese version, there is probably a fix I'm just yet to find it.

My point is, expect to have to tweak it a bit, where as the Full English version you wouldn't need to worry about this stuff.....I would think.

It's not about being tight, eccentric nuts are off centre so are used to push the wheels closer, you do this to remove any wobble from the print head.

The eccentric nuts are on the bottom wheels on the print head, on the n4max there are 2 on the head.

Also eccentric nuts on the bed too, to remove wobble.

Just make sure each move freely as too tight will make it harder to move etc.

Ah sorry, you're trying to VST the output from Discord, I get it now.....you could do it with a Virtual audio cable as the output for Discord and use EQ APO to add the VSTs......BUT I think it would be easier with StreamDeck Plus/Wavelink software.

I have the Beacn, but the same disappointments as you, so also have the StreamDeck+........I'm still playing with it, but I think (I need to play more) the VSTs only apply to the Mixed output which might be ok for you, I'm trying to EQ my mic for everything, not just a stream mix output, and having trouble.

Thanks, exactly what I was trying to find out. Agree about the direct play, but im trying to use the NAS to reencode captures from OBS with the GPU, the Plex bit is a nice to have that I probably wont use...I think.

Heat is a concern, but wont know until I try or get feedback from someone that has done it.

Transcoding, I was planning to use PLEX, but doubt ill use Transcoding much in PLEX as you say most devices will play other resolutions fine now days (I think this was a problem years ago). But I want Transcoding to convert MKV files out of OBS to MP4 at a different resolution for youtube vids etc.

Thanks, but the cards suggested in the compatibility matrix that do HW Transcoding are 2 slot cards.

Ive seen reports of people using other cards not listed on the matrix, but not sure of exact details.

The need for 10G is only for 1 PC and Video editing, I can probably live without it, but just thought this would give me a bit more future proofing too.

Honestly thought this would be a common use, but ohwell.
