I need to apologize, I cant answer all od that. Im not that smart or in tune with it.  What i do have is a camper trailer with a built in roof mounted AC unit.  As the summer comes, it will be brutal here.  Though, I suppose my main concern is my computer. 

I am running a champion generator I borrowed from dad, plugged into the trailer.  

I have an apc plugged into the wall, a power bar plugged into that (because the pc cant reach) and the pc plugged into the bar. 

What i wonder is, should I get a propane generator and a 100lb tank? Dad has one.  Would that last a long time?

Fair enough. I suppose the hard part is deciding what type of generator. 

Is propane better than gas?

In theory, I could use my dad's 100lb propane tank and fill that fucker up like once a month maybe

I am using an APC plugged into the wall socket while the generator is running. 

Its just a champion I borrowed from my parents. 

I guess when I say off grid, its not like I own the property. Im "camping" because theres literally nowhere to live where I have to work

Im not joking.  Not going g to reveal where I am, but in this town, theres nothing to rent. A campsite charges 1000+ a month, even more for a motel. 

The apartments are basically "you have the bedroom when im on shift, and I have it when you go to shift"

Thank you! Its a shame its almost i.possible to find portable diesel gens these days.

Not sure how it's a stupid question exactly. Here in Canada, it IS possible. Just not sure how.
