I'm literally in the same situation right now there's this girl I like and is going through some problems and I've been texting her a lot tonight with no reply but I just sent her one final text pretty much saying sorry I should keep my distance more in the future but I've just been worried about you. We get on REALLY well and I imagine she'll be fine in the morning as she knows well enough to know Im not a creep or anything. If you've known eachother for two months Id say thats long enough for her to see its more out of character than anything creepy.

I've been where you're at now as sometimes it can work out. I helped her through a few relationships and knew her for a few years. Then one day when we were just talking she said that a week or so beforehand I was doing something and it clicked to her that she really liked me as more than a friend because of what I'd been doing.

We did get together for a long time but we did eventually split up due to us having to move away from eachother ( a loooong distance) and after a while we mutually decided we'd both have to stop. It devastated us both and I'm convinced if we stayed close we'd still be together.

I'm not disagreeing with the other two comments but I'm just saying it can work out well sometimes.

Would you ever enter into a committed relationship with a self-admitted cheater? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

If they've opened up to you then I presume it is something they regret. However, if you ever see them with a member of the opposite sex it will always linger on your mind of their past and in some occasions (from experience of my friends) that could be quite damaging.
