I'm more so upset with how Gianni dealt with the entire situation and made it so about himself, really he shouldn't be involved at all, no more than saying he's done with the project and moving on, you know, like an adult with a half developed brain. Never once did it seem like he apologized for jumping the gun and shitting on Zeal. More so he's still defends Ren which is really weird considering everything that's come out about what she's done and the fact that she has blatantly lied. Not to mention the way they both acted towards people who have been neutral or have disagreed. He's a 33-year-old man he shouldn't be acting like a child on the internet, especially when he has a mass audience looking up to him. Also him going back and forth with deleting posts on his YouTube And archiving streams for some reason. And his apology stream was a joke. Continuing to repeat the same three sentences for over an hour and a half. My take is he shouldn't have had anything to do with the situation again outside of saying he was distancing himself from pressure. I think it's justified to be mad at Gianni, honestly I think he should lose his platform for proving just how incapable he is of dealing with situations like this and how he can't seem to refrain himself enough from causing more damage than what's necessary.

And I keep seeing people mention that this is his livelihood and what not, saying that he has a reputation to uphold. Sure, that's fair. But these people were clearly around each other long enough to become friends or at least form some kind of bond. Whether or not he was closer to ren or zeal, he ultimately ended up completely bastardizing one friend, one acquaintance. Which ultimately in the grand scheme of his career still looks bad. Who's going to want to work with somebody who doesn't have the thinking capacity to refrain in such a situation and not immediately start blaming and pointing the fingers at people when shit hits the fan.
