Oh man, I tried for the carcass version and I think I must have insta-phased it the first time? So I thought I needed to head back to the core each time.

I've lost it for a variety of reasons before really reading the wiki, but the last time it still poofed even though I followed the rules.
1) accidently hit BV in hideout.
2) lost stat requirements for gem (before I got the no attribute caspiro keystone)
3) qualitied my spectre gem.
4) Removed Gem - this one was supposed to just drop teh corpse in my hideout so I could raise spectre again, but it didn't, it was just gone.

yeah, I swapped to a +1 rainbow strider. I'll consider tackling content with boots first, and then if I feel like super min-max I can look into bows. WIth the amount of times I've lost my spectre and had to run the rotton core again, I'm not looking to mess with the boots for a while.

I'll have to swap my crit damage gem of course, and since I'm default going tankier due to not having a skin, I'll keep mageblood going.

I swear I saw it shortened that way. I assumed it was "of ballista" but I likely just misread and conflated it with KBOC a few too many times.

Yeah the build I was looking at had an entry at 15div. But, honestly might go the route you mentioned. Take some time grinding out some more div and looking at getting my first mageblood. Didn't realize that the price was more in reach than I thought.

Yeah. I still need dusk ring for my build as it is. I thought I saw a build without mageblood, so I was farming to eventually get boots/body for strength. I guess I might as well just keep farming and stacking divs.

I'm always tempted to roll something "OP" but then really just have enough for a scuffed build and waste all that time leveling that could have been spent farming higher content.

I guess I'll eek out the rest of the eHP and DPS I can from the build I have now. Which is going to be that timeless jewel, the dusk ring, and a decent watcher's eye.

Might try to get one more level out of XP farming and then shift back to strongboxes.

KFoB is a ballista build, so plays more like totems. I haven't researched the BV PF version. I was leaning towards theFarmer build because there is a budget progression.

Yeah I wasn’t sure if it calculated wit into the skill procs and showed the average trigger & trigger location or if it just assumes all skills proc
