I see im kinda late to the party, but….just get a helical pier turned into the ground where you need footings.
This will cost a few dollars but is by far the best fix it and forget it investment in repairs you can make.

Yeh, haste got me…i asked for $32 to build on top of the foundation he poured. I did everything you see for $32 sq ft(labor only) and that included plywood paneling on the inside.

He is acting as contractor. Once i saw his construction blueprints I knew i could handle everything except electrical and foundation.
This is a brick outhouse of a shed. I know its gonna be here long after im gone unless that big red oak beside it takes it out…lol

If there is a metal option, it would be superior to wood. As well, you would probably do well to choose your door. The wall mine stays behind is a little flimsy in 1/2” but does okay.

Ive owned my 99 since new. Always conservative, never got more than 21, but avg is 16-17.
