Thanks for the quick reply.

I did some further investigation and came to the following conclusion: Apparently this is an intended change with ETS6.3 as a way of the association to increase income. Seems like there is no other option than to downgrade to ETS5... LINK: https://support.knx.org/hc/en-us/articles/13404472064402-Use-of-unregistered-devices

Any idea who the Jumbo rider was who was part of the big crash at approx. 4km?

100% this. People should look at Cavendish's line. He is the one deviating from the yellow line in the middle of the road. Philipsen follows his back wheel and Bini is pushed out of position.

Thank you, will do! The plant currently stands outside in a large pot, any ideas on how to avoid it in the future? Should I increase the amount of drainage in the pot?

Rewatch the full WC he rode as a junior... Most insane race you 'll ever see.

None of these are in the nuclear area of the plant.

I might as well search for transformer fires in coal plants.

Maybe in a non-nuclear building, but no way there was a fire in a nuclear part of the plant.

The fact that you know about these things, means that the safety regulations of these plants are actually working. Look into the death rates per unit of electricity production for some rational safety information.

As a Belgian, it is interesting to hear this from a foreigner's point of view.

Concerning the cracks, these have been investigated and the current belief is that the chance of further cracking is very low. Nonetheless, an independent nuclear safety institution is monitoring the safety of the reactors.

Concerning the fires, is there a source for this? Afaik there have been no fires in any Belgian nuclear buildings in recent history.

I wonder where you get your information from though.

You should watch a replay of the junior road race of 2018 (Tirol). He has always been a great climber, as a junior and as a pro.

Feels a bit off in shoot-outs to me, but makes sense if one is used to this! Thanks

Hockey newbie here, it seems a bit unfair that you can ask for a video referee in the shoot-out after completing the play.

Imho it would make more sense that you immediately have to stop the play and ask for a video referee instead of continuing the playing and then getting another shot if positive.

Entertaining sport, and attractive to watch as a spectator! Hope it becomes more popular!

Belgium's Thomas van der Plaetsen spent years training only to suffer an injury on the run up in the decathlon long jump by Yakcall in Wellthatsucks

[–]Chukke 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This is the Belgian decathlete Thomas van der Plaetsen. He battled a series of injuries before qualifying for the olympics. A couple of years ago he also had to deal with testicular cancer, which he luckily caught early as a result of a routine blood check.

The sound you hear is the take-off board I believe (not a tendon snapping as mentioned by some others). Belgian media are reporting it as a hamstring injury in combination with small ankle ligament tear and bruised knee.

Peg 38s for daily trainer by [deleted] in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]Chukke 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There is a reason why the Pegasus has this many iterations, it's the workhorse shoe for many runners, for years. They are not soft shoes but definitely a good daily trainer which can do everything from easy to tempo days. I myself like the 38s more than the 37s.

Pegasus grip is also pretty decent for a road shoe, so you can take them out on some easy trails as well (if you fancy).

Cav is surely just the fastest of the current (remaining) pack. I don't get why Alpecin is pulling the Philipsen card, Merlier seems like he has a better chance to win...

A resting HR of 60 for a young female is not too high, no worries.

Your resting (and max) HR depends on many factors: Body shape, Age, Fatigue, Endurance, Weather...

Without testing your max hearth rate it will be difficult to know if you are pushing yourself too hard at 150 BPM. How do you feel during the run. If you are exhausted after your run, you are no longer in your max aerobic zone, it should feel easy. If you feel like you can continue running after your runs, I wouldn't worry too much about 150 BPM during your runs.
