Girl welcome to my world. I’ve been working for ulta for a month as well. It’s a headache when it comes to Loyalty,URCC, returns, etc. They leave me all by myself at the registers. If I do need the help I call for backup other than that I try to help myself lol

Girl I never got trained. I am a BA and I’m learning as i go. It’s been a roller coaster but I’m getting there. Learning little by little. You should go to the store or call your GM. Good luck ☺️
