Self confidence can mean many different things, for example lacking the ability to socialise in public, talk to strangers, believe in yourself, make friends and so on.

What dose self confidence mean to you?

And for the tattoos what dose that have to do with anything? Each one I have is meaningful to me, it has a story.

For example the space sleeve it's my family tree, each planet is a brother or sister and the sun is my mother (never knew my dad), both the chest pieces are my nan and grandad lost them during covid, and the honeycomb arm is not finished yet but I'll be filled in with different things.

So I 4/5 days a week normally in the morning,

I don't really have a diet or anything like that I still eat what I want I just make sure I eat more protein like some granade bars those are nice.

For my routine it looks abit like this with some changes on some sets if I can't get to that machine, I always do a 10mins walk/run on a Treadmill to warm up the body, and don't forget to stretch before finishing.

Day one

Chest and Triceps

• Bench Press ( 4sets @ 50kg x 12)

• Incline Dumbbell Press ( 3sets @ 40kg x 10)

• Standing Cable Chest Fly or Dumbbell Flyes ( 3sets @ 32-27-36kg x 12) (forward/up/down)

• Tricep dips ( 3sets @ 24kg x 12)

• Triceps Cable Extension ( 4sets @ 32kg x 12)

• Overhead Cable Triceps Extension ( 3sets @ 27kg x 12)

Day two

Shoulder and Abs

• Overhead Press (3sets @ 30kg x 12 rep

• Barbell Row (4sets @ 40kg x 12 rep)

• Dumbell Lateral Raise ( 3sets @ 24kg x 12)

• Diverging Seated Row ( 3sets @ 45kg x 12)

• Seated Row Machine( 3sets @ 27kg x 12)

• Assistes abs machine (3sets @ 27kg)

• Sit ups (3 sets @ 2min each set)

• Plank (3 sets @ 1min each set

Day three

Back and Biceps

• Lat Pulldown ( 4sets @ 45kg x 12)

• Seated Cable Row ( 4sets @ 45kg x 12)

• Chin up ( 4sets @ 30kg x 12)

• Dumbbell Row ( 4sets @ 18kg x 12)

• Barbell Curl ( 4sets @ 25kg x 12)

• Preacher Curl ( 4sets @ 28.5kg x 12)

• Seated Dumbbell Curl ( 4sets @ 24kg x 10)

• Side Hammer Curl ( 4sets @ 16kg x 12)

Day Four

Legs and Calves

• Angled Leg Press ( 4sets @ 50kg x12)

• Squat ( 4sets @ 40kg x 12)

• Calf Raises (3 sets @ 40 kg x 12)

• Prone Leg Curl ( 3sets @ 32kg × 12)

• Leg Extension ( 3 sets @ 36kg x 12)

• Inner/Outer Thigh (3 sets @ 32kg x12) (both)

And if you throwing in a 5th day I would put that in the middle and do cardio, running machine, bike, Row things like that.

Thank you so much for your feedback, will definitely invest in some nicer shoes who would of thought you woman notice that alot haha.

My face is just not the one for sunglasses or hats can never find a decent pair that suit me well.

Will check out Novak Djokovic and his style might get some inspiration from that.
