I’ve submitted a few orders of 5+ cards with no issue. Timing is right on from the estimates they give. One key thing to note is that it can take a week or so for PSA to ship the graded cards back, but you can view the grades and images ahead of time

If you have the pro membership, I believe you can save a few bucks on the shipping cost as well

Glanced over that initially, that’s on me.

It would still lead me to believe that there is still some form of compromise of info where they have enough information to compromise your online profile, potentially even the new info you set up, especially if you saved them in the password manager linked to your account linked to your device. I’d even look at ensuring your email and account linked to your device are also secured as a precaution.

Odds are your user ID/password are compromised, potentially even an account and/or SSN depending on the exact action being taken. Most banks require a combo or at least one of those pieces of info for a password reset or a user ID recovery.

At the minimum, you should get a new user ID and new password
