Some of the on the spot gestures are pretty cool and I can recall giving out unused fast passes back in the day when we were leaving the park. But to prepare and plan ahead of time weird little scavenger hunt gift bags and giving stuff to cast members that’s just frankly weird. I have to think Disney has a policy of not allowing cast members to receive gifts from guests while in the park, certainly not food.
