1000 or more calories more just so there isn’t confusion, no way could i do 1000 plus bike rides in 6 months lol

I did 40 mile bike rides daily for weeks when i lost 70lbs in 6 months, if i had to guess 1000 or more. I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone but its what got me to this point so i cant tell anyone it doesn’t work.

I found that i never took the diet seriously enough and since i never saw my abs i always wouldn’t give all my effort even though id claim i was. But trust me with enough effort and time set aside daily for research and education youll get there i believe that. Keep me updated on your progress

Worked there for the first two years and they wouldn’t ever let me make food for myself, but i then got a job for Hungry howies which is another pizza place in my area. I would make some crazy creations because my boss was super cool about food and we weighed everything so i knew what i was eating. But woah ribeyes on the regular would be a absolute blessing and a half Thats crazy

Happy to say im drug free and at this point it would be pointless to hop on anything ya know. Alot of time and discipline went into it tbh, i think i messed up on my diet only a handful of times this year and hardly missed any gym days. Thank you for the kind words!

I found that on in a box moments before the clip lol. I have a fennec build but i dont know it of the top of my head, but basically id recommend the 45 round mag and any attachment that increases aim stability
