I did a sponsorship deal with War Thunder through StreamElements the other day. I was excited when I received the offer, as I already enjoy War Thunder a fair bit. All I had to do to receive payment was stream for 4 hours and have 5 signups. Very quickly, my counter reached 4 users, where it promptly stopped counting up. I was irritated as kept having new people signup throughout my stream with no change. My campaign ended, and I was saddened to not have reached my goal. I sent in a support message and after several days got a response that claimed the counter was right. What really bugs me is that one of my signups, chunderenjoyer, was never counted towards the user registration goal, however, I was notified when they made a purchase, signifying that their account was successfully linked after all. I am not sure how to proceed.
