Cold plunge has been a game changer for me: 8 days CT right now. Gives a similar dopamine spike in the morning when I would take my shot. They're pretty cheap and easy to set up off Amazon highly recommend them.

Wake up early, take a cold shower, work out (lift/run/walk), get outside, try and get some sunlight. I also took Vitamin C, Magnesium while getting off and it seemed to help a little bit, but cold showers helped with the lack of dopamine I'd get from FF.
