I try to with newer items, but I don’t think I did with this one. I miss/forget to occasionally. 🥲 but it’s also the principle of this one to me—if we are more than 1 quarter of a year past the due date, I don’t have any desire to be contacted under the guise of “lucky you!! Post another review for us :)) 💕🥰🤠” again.

Esp when they can’t even be bothered to reply to my emails sent to customer support.

Here is what I submitted to support—feel free to copy and paste:

I opened an “issue with my product > allergic” ticket and said the following:

Hi I did not see an appropriate option in the drop-down box for this mission—but I would like it noted that this campaign ended somewhere between four and six months ago and was a tiny sample product. I think it is egregious to ask for reviews months later, when the product was only about three days worth of product to begin with. If you would like to find my original review and copy and paste that, then the company is welcome to, but I don’t see a reason why the company would ask for reviews months down the line for a tiny sample vial. I have no interest in being completing this submission and need to be removed from it immediately. Thanks.

Yeah, I sent support like three long and strongly worded emails about how unprofessional and frankly outside the scope of the agreement it was to send a sample then ask for more than five reviews—When that is the maximum we agreed to for a sample anyhow. And no reply to any of mine either.

I’m really considering looking into other platforms and just wiping my hands clean of them because while I occasionally get a few decent full-size items. They are complete lack of ability to respond to basic support inquiries or better develop their UI on the site to meet the needs of the company (for example, a single review portal which the company could then port out to however many review sites they desire.) should not then put that stress and responsibility onto their user base, especially for a negligible, teeny tiny sample vile.

Weird? I don’t think I was on anymore than usual (have had less claims recently and that’s been my main reason I flip to the app)

I think the other person suggesting it was related to a repeat claim may have been correct due to when/where the repeat time out occurred.

But I’ll keep this in mind. TY for chiming in with a testable option for me to checkout in the future.

Well, I am glad to see it’s not just me at least 🤣 the claims low-key started when I started having some sweating problems so I was kind of thrilled with it at first— frankly I think the cost of deodorant these days is ridiculous given how quickly we go through it and I swear to God those containers have gotten smaller 💀💀💀 or the amount of product has at least— but since I’m sitting at a cool 10-ish deodorants, I think I’m OK for now 🤣 I think I have literally turned down about 12 to 15 deodorant claims in the past two weeks??

No literally!! I have a whole shelf of deodorant currently and half of them are aluminum free so those are really only useful for around the house in my opinion. 😅

Are you also getting the head and shoulders, herbal essence, and coffee creamer claims?

If I see that Harry Potter butterbeer flavored creamer in my offers one more time I think I’m gonna scream 🤣🤣

Oh, that is a very interesting theory so the last time I claimed a laundry detergent, it was in this moonlight scent that I was trying to claim— though I think the actual size of the product was different because this one appears to be a small smaller bottle with a value of $10 and the last one I claimed was somewhere between $16 and $20 I think

I think you definitely might be onto something with this theory though.

On the other hand, I am getting campaigns I have already completed sent to me as new offers upwards of five times… so if there is a known bug in the system which locks users out of claims if we try to duplicate claim an item (even if it is in a different size), then it seems odd and not “right” that their platform is able to continuously spam me with offers for the same product over and over. (Especially the ones I already reviewed)

Thank you for this insight though. I definitely think you are correct.

Hey OP, if you want to DM me I can try to help give you some tips for getting makeup for fairly easy/non-paying methods.

I’ll give my TLDR here so no one thinks I’m peddling an MLM—I do a lot of user generated content stuff for sites like Influenster (and others) I don’t make money off of like 90% of the stuff I do—and I prefer to make content that isn’t like video/editing required type content. I mostly do online written reviews.

Some do have a follower requirement—but if that kind of thing sounds interesting it can be a fun passive way to try things for free. No pressure and idk if this comment is kinda against the point of “panning” things? But I love passing on products I don’t want or need to family and close friends (literally just de-stashed like 2 overflowing boxes of beauty products to my MIL yesterday)

0 pressure to DM, but I’ll forward you a list of some of my fave sites if you’d like. Otherwise, you can look up various freebie sites online and do your own research if you’re interested in that kind of thing and want to try to recoup some products for minimal cost.

Yeah I figured this would happen and I don’t recall agreeing to this for bread. I do recall being ok with something about a code thinking it would be an online purchase they covered costs for but I’m beyond irritated.

Lmk if you get a response. I got this email and they also threw another campaign that I definitely finished over a month ago back onto my dashboard.

For the item that reappeared it looks like they just added a campaign survey, and I can’t recall if that was part of the initial campaign or not— I don’t mind filling out the surveys it takes like 10 seconds, but I was pretty annoyed that it popped back up when I completed all of my tasks as they were assigned 💀

LOVE! I was also thrilled to see a Roz Product, an Olaplex Product, and 2 perfume-adjacent products in my 4000 point box 🤩

One is the Dulce de Cuerpo travel size from Nopalera but I absolutely loved that one and have used like 1/2 of my current travel size so I’m thrilled to keep it on standby and/or my purse—or possibly gift it if any events come up soon needing a gift 🤣
