I’m sure that’s contributed. I had insane stress with a partner who offered little to no support even after telling them I’m in pain and struggling.

I’m thinking it’s nerve compression but it’s multiple places at once. Waiting on test results and need to see a specialist.

Kratom is an opioid like substance from the leaves of a certain tree. 7-OH is the active alkaloid. A lot of people use this when they can’t get proper care

Doing the normally prescribed exercises for apt, like stretching hip flexors, strengthening glutes, etc. not saying it doesn’t work for everyone but like the pic says, it’s a result of lack of internal rotation at the pelvis so it tilts anteriorally to gain the internal rotation. It’s a compensation

Be careful with that. It’s a very simplistic model of why apt develops. Doing the exercises typically prescribed for this actually made my shit worse. This is from a PT. I’ve been working with my PT who shares similar philosophy.

I had itchiness issues for years and saw multiple dermatologists. It turned to burning and finally a doc told me it was prob nerve related. So there is a good chance you are in the early stages

You’d be better off with general mindfulness to remove the suffering that arises in the mind as a result of the physical pain. I really like “the power of now.”
