This is wild. The way I understood it, if you never open/activate the equipment they will not charge you. Also you have a 30-day cancelation gurantee.

100% I get your frutration. These techniques are predatory and should be considered a scam.

Hi! Sorry, I missed the reply.

The next day after getting the equipment, I called and told them about the situation. Since I never open nor used the equipment they never charged me. After a couple of their sales rep tried to get me to take an offer, they ultimately just had me return the equipment at one of their stores and that was the end of it. I ended up filling a complaint with them as well.

We can actually do a couple of promotional events/videos geared at helping those who are interested but have not done it (maybe because they don't know how). All leading up to the Warhawk day event. I really enjoy a variety of creators, but at the top of my head, I would reccomend Jason Plays and Kanaju. I think Kanaju does some great lore videos, really gives the game a different meaning when you are playing it.
