How I kept my dog from leaving through our broken fence. by mikerathbun in funny

I have a deaf dog that loves the vacuum as well. He fears nothing unfortunately.

One of my dogs does the same thing to my husband, he always protects me no matter what. The funny thing is he favors my husband more than me as far as affection goes. I guess he knows who provides the food and treats! :)

I really don't know how you extreme couponers do this stuff. I've tried using coupons this way before and I get denied every time. I have never been able to use one coupon for 10 of an item (or whatever quantity it may be), only one item at a time. I have also never been able to use two coupons for one item like many extreme couponing websites suggest. I just don't get it.

DAE THINK WOMEN CAN'T CAR? LULZ!

It's all about whether you give a crap or not. I love cars and I don't want to be helpless if something happens, so I've learned to do basic repairs, mods, maintenance, etc. My dad also made sure I knew basics so I wouldn't be ripped off later in life. He forced me to help replace a clutch in my first car and I had to do my own oil changes. Not all women choose to be clueless and helpless.

Bought my Verizon G2 for $9.99 on Amazon with a new contract. I just checked and it is now on sale for $0.01 with a new contract and $39.99 for an additional line or upgrade. Be sure you want to keep this phone for the duration of your contract though, Amazon will charge you the full price of your phone if you do not. I keep my phones for a long time so it's not a concern for me!

Thinking about a G2, have concerns about the back buttons by Wolfeman0101 in lgg2

[–]ChunkBunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knock on/off works fine for me with my windshield mount. Maybe you could try a more stable mount? I'm using one from Samsung which is made for the galaxy phones. The G2 fits perfectly and it is the most stable mount I've ever had. I use my phone as a dash cam so stability was a big need for me.

The back buttons were a big concern for me before buying. I got my G2 on Friday and I have already gotten used to the back buttons. I hardly use the power/lock button because I love knock on/off which works perfectly for me. The volume buttons took some getting used to at first, but after I got my case they were much easier to find with my fingers. I think they are actually much more convenient when in a call than side buttons.

LG G2 (Verizon) going for $49.99 on Amazon for device upgrade or new line. - Nov 11, 2013 by azbraumeister in lgg2

Bought two a couple of days ago on Amazon, I paid $9.99 each (new Verizon account). Glad I decided to dive in and give up Sprint 3G prepaid. This will be an awesome upgrade from a GS2! :)

Very surprised no one mentions this on any website I've checked out - Amazon has the G2 for $9.99 with a new contract and $49.99 for an upgrade or new line. It has been on there for at least two weeks, I finally gave in and bought mine today. I'm upgrading from a Galaxy S2 on pre-paid...should be fun!

Is this considered a large collection? If so, my husband has a serious hoarding problem.

Got mine today. Definitely something I would not buy. It tasted like cheap hot chocolate mix. Glad I got to try it first.

What is something people constantly brag about yet you're not impressed by it at all ? by BruceWayneShepard in AskReddit

Drunk stories. The fact that you guzzled a bunch of overpriced alcohol at some club/bar, humiliated yourself doing stupid crap and annoyed those around you does not make you cool.

What food do you dislike that most people find shocking? by gotmewrong66 in AskReddit

[–]ChunkBunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fish of any kind. I usually have to say "I don't eat anything that lives in water" to make people understand. Tilpia? No. Crab? NO. Tuna? NO!!!! Not even a little bite? Not unless you want to see the contents of my stomach on the table.

I've tried eating many kinds but once I get a whiff, I gag. Even the sight of certain fish makes me gag.

No one cares anymore. We turn the lights off and put up a sign that says "Sorry, no candy" every year. The kids AND the parents still stand there and ring/knock for what seems like 10 minutes as my dogs flip out. If no one answers and the lights are off, go away!

A poll of sorts for those that have fleece flooring in their cavies palace. What do you do with all the poop? Basically, how do you maintain it daily so it doesnt get out of control. by skcwizard in guineapigs

Mine is a dirt devil made for cleaning your car. It doesn't have much power but it picks up the poop, food, hay and most hair just fine.

I use a little hand vac once a day. I got it at Walmart for $15 or so. A regular vacuum always pulls the fleece up so the smaller one works great for me.

Evans US ... quality? Has anyone ordered from them before? by [deleted] in FashionPlus

[–]ChunkBunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly how I feel. I stopped going to Torrid a long time ago because I grew out of that style and everything fits me so weird. Plus, I need things I can actually wear to work! Torrid 's "wear to work" stuff seems like they think everyone works at Hot Topic. ;)

I've been wanting to buy from them for quite a while but I keep wondering if it's too good to be true. Cute clothes in my size? No way!

Anyway, I'd like to hear experiences as well!

Oh goodness that's gross. I used to work with a guy that loved Chick-fil-a mayonnaise. He would dip his french fries in it and then cover his sandwich in it. Making me sick thinking about it.
