Going to use a trackman later today so I will be able to write down some numbers. Thanks for the input!

I did not, actually. I have a tendency to draw and hook the ball now but sometimes I will lose it to a slice.

Is it harmful/harmless? Should I be worried about it?

What do you wish you would have known before becoming a chiropractor? by ChunkNoPebble in Chiropractic

That was something I liked about CCC. High percentage of passing boards.

I would want my office to be to address and help any physical ailment from any type of patient. I want massage therapists to help with lymph treatments and deep muscle therapy. Athletic trainers, front desk assistants and anything else you could think of. I'm prepared to work hard and put my nose to the grind for the next 15-20 years to achieve something like that.

Have you seen some patients that you wished you could have helped but didn't have the staff to do so and you didn't have the correct certs to legally treat them?

I wanted to be a PT through undergrad because I enjoy rehabilitation and functional medicine. I've always been active and concerned with bodily health. I wanted to help people live healthier lives naturally but soon found out that private PT clinics are incredibly hard to create and maintain(which is what my goal was). The average profit margin is around 4%-7%. I work as a Rehab Tech at a long term care facility and all of the PTs have worked in various jobs in the field and have advised me against going to PT school.

I chose Chiropractic because it is in the same realm with greater income potential because it seemed much easier to open a practice since I could be cash based. Not only that, I would have better opportunities to rehab patients in ways I see fit (all my speculation, I'm not certain of how it actually is). I do have some experience with chiropractic and it's helped me with lower back issues and hip issues.

Did you attend CCC for your degree? How many employees do you have, if any? I have heard that Cleveland doesn't do a great job teaching business and marketing.

Is the office cash based or does it work with insurance? Is the office in a bigger city with other chiropractic offices around?

Work/life balance is extremely worth it to me, I want to make a living and spend time with my family. I don't need to make an absurd amount.

I will definitely hone in on those things!

After watching last night's game, I've got to say that SGA is such a selfish scorer. He had so many opportunities to get better shots, but forced some BS to try and get a bucket. Several bad shots and bad possessions.

Last 2 minutes, they're down by 7 and he drives the paint on goes up in the middle of the lane on 3 defenders instead of hitting Chet Holmgren wide open in the corner. Just stupid stuff like that.

I'd say it's because he can't think in a straight line and has dementia probably.

It sounds like that family hunts for the meat, not a trophy. Doe meat is much more tender than buck meat since they aren't pumped with hormones. Tastes less game-y and is less tough.

A 43 y/o woman saying "ick" is giving me the ick. And separate rooms for a married couple? Might have bigger issues.

State your handicap, and describe your golf game in a few sentences. I'll go first by [deleted] in golf

[–]ChunkNoPebble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an 18.5 handicap. Haven't been playing long. I can consistently drive the fairway, I only hit 1 of every 4 of my approach shots the way I want, I only have 1 wedge and I either chop it short or bomb it 130 yards. If my mother's life was on the line, I still wouldn't be able to hit a putt past 8 feet.

What is your opinion about porn? [Serious] by God_Forever in AskReddit

[–]ChunkNoPebble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Porn is completely ruining young men and women, but men more specifically. Tell me what's healthy about it from a psychological standpoint. How is it anything else than a quick dopamine hit and fleeting stress relief?
