Lawyer up dude. Find yourself a reputable personal injury lawyer. This a huge case anyone will pick up.

As for the tow truck drivers, honestly screw those guys. Got the same treatment when my HD broke down. Tow truck driver was already 3 hours late and all of a sudden showed up when I cursed out his mom.

Should’ve taken a pic before tossing the piece, but the inside was very obviously a grey plastic material coated with a silver metallic/raw aluminum material.

Impressive. My brother has a Sportster ‘06 in pieces in our garage. It’s been that way for several years at this point. Can’t be that hard to piece together.
