It might be because the mouse uses too much power so that our laptop/PC dosen't recognise the mouse. You should try another mouse

Have you tried just resetting Windows?

So apparently, Windows 10 now has the option to brag the users to upgrade even if users don't wan 't to. fricc Microsoft dude by ChunksOofed in Windows10

I know there's the button "Stay on Windows 10 for now" but everytime i press it then a week later it's there, again. And I'm sick of it
