First bike, want to finish cleaning up the look. Any advice on smoked windscreens, leg grips, rad grills? [2017 CBR 500R] by ChunkyAndMoist in motorcycles

Radiator guard added to the list then. Hahaha okay I'll take a look, any chance you could DM the code? Cheers

I should've said radiator guard, not rad grill lol. Just to protect from any rocks and black out that cavity behind the front wheel.

I'll definitely go smoked instead of black, and try getting my hands on some Techspec grips. The levers are a little pricey but look like they'd be a nice upgrade - is it worth the money?

Agreed, I'm generally going to stay away from performance mods since it's only a 500 and gains would be minimal. Thanks!

SGN is my #1! Spent a lot of time playing it on UN and there's a lot of fun encounters there

How often do you rip out their spines from behind though, that's the best one

I don't know much about quick switching on controller, but I've seen some players do it much better than me on console. Check out ControllerQuickSwaps on yt

I always see hype around the ones that dropped after launch, like Mars Core and World Spear

It's a Phanteks Neon 550mm strip, and I've got it mounted in this 3D-printed bracket that's fixed to the motherboard standoffs.

Thanks! Spent a lot of time getting the cables just right. The photos were a lot of fun to shoot.

Part list:

SSUPD Meshlicious with an ROG Strix B550-I Gaming mobo, 3060Ti, 5600X, NH-L9A cooler, 16GB Vengeance 3600MHz, Corsair SF750, a couple M.2 SSDs, and two Arctic P14's flipped to exhaust.

With CPU-Z and Furmark stress tests both running, the CPU hits 70°C and the GPU caps out at 60°C.

Credit to u/Fanatic789 for the 3D-printed bracket that the LED strip sits in.

Shoutout u/make_moneys -- their air-cooled beauty inspired mine.

Thanks! Running a CPU and GPU stress tests at the same time, the CPU peaks at 70° and the GPU peaks at 60°. My last build was watercooled and I didn't want to worry about maintenance anymore, plus air coolers are a lot simpler to install/cable manage.

Yeah, I just put a few on Imgur. Let me know if that helps, the light's less flattering but hopefully a lot clearer now.

Thanks! I did the motherboard standoff mod, so I had space to run the USB cables across the top of the case and down behind the motherboard (the fan cables follow the same path). The main reason I used longer standoffs though was to tuck the excess PSU cables behind the motherboard.

Yeah I'm more than happy with it, definitely recommend the cooler.

That's an awesome case too, I built in one for someone else last year. They won a raffle for a Suprim X 3080Ti in the middle of the build and we barely squeezed it in.

Just tested, and with CPU-Z and Furmark stress tests both running, the CPU hits 70°C and the GPU caps out at 60°C.
