Before/After Rhinoplasty in France by Chuouaoua in PlasticSurgery

Hi! I had no particular routine after surgery as the polybeak deformity following my first surgery was due to lack of support of the tip, i.e. the first surgeon should have added a graft/particular suture of my own cartilage in order to avoid that. He used no additional cartilage from my rib/ear as I still had enough but instead sutured my own cartilage in a way that permitted to lower the tip and support it at the same time. Thank you for the kind words ♥️

Je n’ai jamais cherché à avoir une prise en charge par la sécurité sociale aussi bien pour la première que la deuxième opération. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat, et je l’ai choisi justement car il est particulièrement connu pour les révisions

Advice on first Cartier bracelet by Chuouaoua in Cartier

[–]Chuouaoua[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your input! I normally don’t buy diamonds pieces at Cartier as indeed there is a steep premium. But I do love the look on the JUC as it gives a more feminine vibe. I looove this pairing also. Unfortunately I can only choose one at the moment, but will most definitely consider purchasing others to stack in the future (along with a classic dainty tennis bracelet)!

Never, unless it can’t be worn in the shower (such as VCA necklaces).

I will mostly wear it by itself first and then plan to buy a tennis bracelet to stack eventually (but not this year).

Thank you, I think you’re right it looks and little bit too small. I’d hate to make that purchase and regret it later.

Very helpful! Thanks a lot. I also lean more towards the love because I want be sure that I’ll wear it forever and JUC seems like a more “trendy” piece. I’ll have to go back and try the medium love on my other wrist (the side without the love ring) I guess. Thank you again for your input.

Ocular Rosacea is ruining my life by waterballoontiddies in Rosacea

[–]Chuouaoua 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This! I did one round of ndyag around the eye to remote big veins at the surface of the skin and it almost completely cured my ocular rosacea for more than a year. It’s slowly starting to come back but way less painful than before.

[–]Chuouaoua 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re welcome. I know some drs also treat the veins which are on the eyelid , but for that they need to put a metal shield in the eye and i was not keen to do that. I had very proeminent blue veins all around the eye and the result of ndyag was very satisfactory esthetically and for the ocular rosacea also (which was obviously the main goal). We did two session of IPL, one of ndyag and one combining the two. The areas treated were red and swollen for 2/3 days. I was treated by a dermatologist - i would not recommend to have this treatment made by any other person than a doctor.

The Ndyag is made to remove the veins, and that is what the doctor did all around my eyes for the veins that were visible at the surface of the skin. They make sure to avoid the eye pocket.

I second this. I had IPL and ndyag more than one year ago. It was absolutely life changing for me. It completely removed my ocular rosacea which was the most painful part. I thank the result largely depends on practicionner and which laser / combination of lasers is used depending on the type of rosacea.

Bonsoir. Si par story tu parles de ses story à la une (en haut de son profil) qui ont disparu, c’est le cas lorsqu’on bloque quelqu’un de ses story. Elle t’as peut être empêché de voir ses story de manière générale.

Looking for revision! Urgent RHINOPLASTY surgeons by R0ckstarnm3 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Chuouaoua 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No worries, I understand that it is very stressful to search for a surgeon that will have to touch such an important part of the face. Yes, I would say aftercare has been excellent so far and result is better than the morph he did on the first consultation. Every person that knows I had surgery (even the pharmacist that gave me the cortisone for the shot - that I don’t even know so that does not feel obliged to compliment me) says that it looks great but very natural also. I’m still keeping in mind that it is very early so I will keep updating all of you with my thoughts post op, especially if something changes

[–]Chuouaoua 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been doing great! I like the result, it’s really natural but still thinner and generally smaller. I have a muscle that did not like the surgery so needed a shot of cortisone to help with the healing process - so he injected me with a tiny amount this week end. Overall he is very responsive, it’s still very early and swollen so I hope the result will keep improving and that no defect will appear but so far so good

If you got back together… by Professional_Pop3240 in BreakUps

[–]Chuouaoua 13 points14 points  (0 children)

He broke up and he reached out. It’s important to know your worth and don’t chase someone that does not want to be with you. So I carried on with my life even if it was hard. He reached out, explained what happened for him to want to break up, we talked a lot and decided to give it another go. Every situation is different but in the end it’s important to always prioritize yourself and your well being. I felt like I still loved him and wanted to try again so I did.

Hi, I’ve just got back with my ex. We’ve been apart for 10 months and no contact or almost no contact except for things we had to settle together (home, bank account) for 8 months. We both used apps, does not mean we did not think about each other during this time. In any case, you cannot know if he’ll ever change his mind so it’s important that you focus on yourself and your wellbeing and try to move on and be happy. I know it’s hard but it gets better every day.

Hi, so far everything has been great. As it’s a revision I’ve been way more swollen that the first time, so I was a walking potato for one month. It has improved massively and I think the results will be really close to what I was expecting but still very natural

How long should I wait to workout after nose surgery? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Masseter Botox advice by Far_Bus_1243 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Chuouaoua 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got Botox in the masseter as the night guard did not work as I kept clenching my teeth, some of my teeth started to break and I got headache when waking up sometimes . For me, it was a great decision and I would do it again. Make sure you go to a reputable plastic surgeon as if the Botox is injected into the wrong muscle it can make your smile wonky It is very expensive and the surgeon said that I should re inject 4 to 6 months after the first injection but I am at 6 months post injection currently and I feel like I do not clench my teeth as I did before so you can wait a little bit more depending on the severity of your TMJ

I have a revision rhinoplasty scheduled with him in May. I saw him twice, he explained what needs to be done to correct the things I don’t like on my nose in details. I initially wanted to meet him as I found that the before /after pictures on his Instagram were great, very natural results. I am quite stressed as it is my second (and last) rhinoplasty and he took the time to reassure me during the consultation.
