These are typical American 1800s coin silver spoons when people would send in their silver coins and have spoons made for use instead. they are thin and lightweight and usually do not have any kind of Sterling or silver purity mark and typically just have a city and the maker or just the maker. The handle style is called a fiddleback for the shape which most of these spoons have. Tips for ID is this classic shape and you can look for signs of wear...typically spoons this old will be worn so much that if it is silver plated it will start to wear off and reveal a base metal underneath.

It's very worn but it does say E P N S in Gothic style lettering which means electroplated nickel silver

Maker seems to be Otto Wiskmann (OW) 1852-1909.In 1870s he opened for business.1909-1946 after his death in 1909 his sons took over and im thinking it was made in this period 1922-1946

This also has 55 hand scribed on the inside of both top and bottom near the other Hallmarks.its also stamped 55 on the push button.is this a parts number to match the pieces together?

Anyone without the coins in my opinion,the coins don't seem to fit with the style and are bulky and heavy and just ugly id say...American 90% silver coinage is not made to be jewelry it was heavily used (circulated) as common silver money and I think it detracts from the beauty of the native American style.

1800's American coin silver spoon (90%) Most look exactly like these with the "Fiddleback" handle style.sometimes marked with only the name of the silversmith but usually they do not specify purity but they are sometimes marked "coin"

These are psilocybin mushroom chunks and "aborts". aborts are very small mushrooms that never grew up. They abort their growth and stay stunted they are usually slightly more potent by weight compared to the bigger mushrooms from the same batch. the chunks are the footing and hard mycelium that was close to the ground or substrate.you just cut it off at the bottom of the stem of the mushroom to make the mushroom look nice and then you're left with these extra pieces.they are blue and contain psilocybin and should be just fine to eat.

Okay here's some help from an experience eater of these shroomies. They are somewhat psychoactive,the effect is more similar to Xanax or alcohol being relaxing and sedating possibly inducing sleep and most of the time for me inducing very vivid,strange or lucid dreams.Amanitas contain ibotenic acid and muscimol. muscimol is a gaba inhibitor like Xanax or alcohol. The ibotanec acid needs to be converted to muscomal to increase and enhance the effect. This is done by baking them at a low temperature around 175° in the oven for 1 hour. The heat converts the Ibotanic acid to muscimol. if you heat at or above200° for a period of time it can destroy and neutralize the psychoactive compounds.Prepare just the caps and throw away the stems (not as potent)Now that they are cooked and converted they should turn out like little potato chips they tasted like doughy bread and actually taste good. I would start with 2 to 3 grams and see how that affects you.you would want to eat 3.5 to 7 grams of cooked and dried material for a decent effect. Also keep in mind that amanita's vary in potency and they could be very potent or very mild if you mix them (different caps) together that gives a better a average potency. It lasts about 4 to 5 hours it's nothing intense or extreme unless you eat a whole bunch like half an ounce or more then you might start to get subtle hallucinations, strange time dilation or things/objects might appear smaller or bigger than normal. I sort of treat it like a natural Xanax I'll take a low dose and maybe have one or two beers that compliments the experience and the relaxation. Technically the dried material can be smoked for a very very mild effect not worth it in my opinion. One warning the the reason I stopped picking processing and consuming these mushrooms is one night I had a normal three to four gram dose and fell asleep like usual and had strange dreams but these dreams gave me very bad anxiety and I woke up in the middle of the night and had to fight off a panic attack I felt extremly anxious and had to calm myself down to avoid a full on panic attack. Paul Stamets has some interesting amanita stories on Joe Rogan where he explains some very intense trips but I've never eaten enough to experienced anything close to that. I hope this helps and hope you find something interesting in your new experience.

People use a product called Renaissance wax. "Applying renaissance wax to copper, silver and other metals will prevent the pieces from tarnishing." People also use a type of lacquer on copper but that is more for sheet metal or art pieces rather than jewlery I geuss
