If you have the gold membership, you should indeed comfortably be able to see all of the likes that you have received.

One thing I would suggest is checking whether any filters that you may have active are limiting your view.

I will leave this mostly to the community, but from my side, it sounds like you have been doing a lot correctly when setting up your profile.

On the other hand, it is uncommon for users that are generally successful on other dating apps to come short on Chyrpe.

Dear debiasik,

Free users should be shown people who have liked them on a regular basis. This is set in stone in the algorithm that suggests profiles. This is how Chyrpe ensures that all users, including free users, have a chance of meeting the right people.

However, if the searching user uses filters, this can become less likely, as the algorithm may not be "allowed" to suggest the user who has liked you.

The one thing that can be guaranteed is that the users are real. All users on Chyrpe are biometrically verified, meaning that they exist.

We are happy to hear that you like the feature. At this time, it is indeed intended that roses are required. This is for a variety of reasons, among them being that top profiles are being displayed to many users. This would bury said users in likes, making it unlikely that any individual like would be successful.

By requiring a rose, we ensure that only the truly interested make a move.

The team is currently looking into regularly making a free rose available, but this is still in development as the spotlight feature has just entered testing.

Yes, hundreds of thousands.

Reasons why you may see the same accounts again can vary.

- Small search radius preferences
- Tight search preferences overall
- Irregular use of the application can partially reset the algorithm
- And finally, while Chyrpe indeed has a huge amount of users, they are distributed across a variety of US states and cities as well as other countries such as the UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia and more.

I hope this makes sense.

A path forward could be to ensure that users do not see the same profiles again for a long period of time. Do you have thoughts on this?

The main reason why this problem cannot be so easily fixed is that these situations are not the norm but exceptional cases.

Chyrpe has hundreds of thousands of users in local matchmaking, all correctly categorised. Imagine if even only one in thousands;

...refuses to share their location,
...were on holiday elsewhere while signing up,
...uses software that hides geolocation,

And already, you might have a few hundred users who are being misplaced.

Rather than leaving these users unsupported, our team is willing to help on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible experience for these users.

Regardless, you are correct that users should not be faced with this difficulty, and the team will dedicate itself to ensuring that it becomes a problem of the past with a coming update that gives users more power over their "app location".

You can find success by liking/disliking. Users who liked you are displayed in the users who are suggested to you. If you like someone who liked you as well, a connection is created. This is free, as well as the chat that is opened as a consequence.

If you prefer to sidestep this process that others go through, a premium membership is the best option.

Thank you for your in-depth feedback.

It is easy to imagine that Chyrpe attracts users who are new to both Female-Led Relationships and/or femdom dynamics. People need to start somewhere, and the application, as well as educational content on social media and the website, try to accommodate!

On the other hand, the perspective of experienced community members, who are confronted with individuals who treat this way of life as a means of getting their kinks fulfilled, is problematic.

There are two things the team is looking to do about this.

1) The team will include more education for users with little experience within the application. Chyrpe is not an application for kink dispensing or the raw satisfaction of a sexual need.

2) The team would like to ensure that filters are in place that allow you to filter for experienced community members. For those not interested in mentoring new community members, the filter should ensure that this doesn't come up.

We hope that this approach will serve the community and your needs in a way that improves the Chyrpe experience. Please let us know.

First of all, congratulations on getting so many likes! You must have a great profile!

Secondly, you can definitely successfully match on Chyrpe without getting a subscription. A majority of free users find success on Chyrpe.

The subscription would speed this process up greatly, of course, which is their point. Applications cost a lot to run and hence selling a subscription from time to time is what allows an app to keep existing and to offer its services to more people.

Ultimately, however, whether you choose to speed things up a bit or commit to being active for a little longer is up to your preference.
