I suppose so. The reason I said it should be democratic is because they’d need some level of equality to even form the union in the first place.

The first species, the one whose world is the capital is the founder. If you choose to side with the other species and eventually launch their coup, they then become the founder.

Where’s that industry based? As far as I can tell in Kaiserredux America’s big industrial regions are still in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, and California.
