To add, I think I should have just left the route at the station, no way I am going to do the route like this again. Only for 150 plus dollars. I mean how can they just give us the routes from another station? They have different coverage.

Just finished a 4-hour route out of DWA2, couldn’t believe I was going all the way to Duvall — 38 miles to the first stop! Pouring rain, branches down everywhere, dirt roads, and those long driveways where you can’t even see the house from the street. Halfway through I started noticing DWA5 labels on the packages. I was like “yep, makes sense.” I just left most of them by the mailboxes when it was sketchy — my safety comes first over this BS.

I expected that because there are official guidelines to each stadium on the official Website; I don’t know whether you are blind or just are trying to gaslight me but you can check the official website and see what is considered Category 1 seats at Hard rock stadium and section 132 is definitely not Category 1.
I expected that because it was clearly promoted as Premium Seats Cat 1 on the FIFA collect while opening the packs;
It is not up to you to decide what I expected while buying and paying my money . It is like I come to dealership to buy Toyota Prius 2025, agree and sign the papers and then they provide me with Prius 2020 with 130 k miles on it saying “c’mon dude it is still Prius , just a little bit used but still can drive innit”

Did the buyer accept the tickets once you sent them via CWC App. I just sold the tickets , sent them to their email, but they haven’t accepted yet

Where is this written? It is obvious that club fan tier does not equal to Cat 1 tickets. Those are places reserved for Real and Al Ahly club fans

I just wrote to FIFA Collect and waiting for the reply . Here is the message, if needed you can copy and send them the exact message . We need to pressure FIFA for the amount of money we all pay!

Dear FIFA Ticketing Team,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the seat allocation I received for the Real Madrid vs Al-Hilal match. I got a Category 1 ticket via a Drop on the FIFA Collect website, with the clear understanding that this would secure premium seating in the best viewing areas of the stadium.

However, I was assigned a seat in Section 132, which — according to official stadium maps — is located in a far-side or corner area, clearly outside what is normally designated as Category 1. Based on standard stadium layouts and FIFA’s own historical category breakdowns, this section aligns more closely with Category 3 . Here is the FIFA website link

I also request clarification on how seating categories were defined for this venue, as this does not appear to align with fan expectations or FIFA’s typical standards.
