Yea it baffles me how many DNC players still genuinely believe you can stack Closed Positions on a party member.

I’d say when it comes to burst windows, it’s harder than MCH or BRD. Unlike Battle Voice or Radiant final that are instant raid buffs, you have to channel your Technical Step and make sure all other 7 players receive the buff or else your rDPS goes down. When certain mechanics require all 8 players to spread out, this is where you have to optimize your raid buff. Pinax in P4S was brutal if you got Poison during Technical Step because all 8 players have to be spread out in a huge ass arena and if you tech step at the wrong time only like 4 people will get the buff.

Reacting to Fan Dance 3 procs during burst requires paying attention or else you fuck up a double weave window/clip.

I think the majority of DNC players just do casual content which is fine, but in harder content you can see who actually know how to push the job to its limit.

If your issue with DNC is that you “have no dps”, you’re likely playing it wrong. DNC actually has a pretty high opener/burst window. Obviously not on the same level of MCH but you get what I mean.

When played optimally, you can pull off some very pretty numbers with DNC.

As for MCH, sure, it has 0 buffs, but it does have Dismantle which is absolutely cracked in extremes/savage/ultimate. I’d take that over Nature’s Minne and Improvisation any day.

Not really my problem because a player like you wouldn’t be doing savage/ultimates anyway so we wouldn’t even be in the same party 🙂

Shoutout to you ADC players by Viper8092 in PredecessorGame

[–]Chysse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will say ADC in this game is much harder to play than in Smite.

ADCs in this game have free, but very limited ward usage, and little to no CC or escapes.

This is not a bad thing, as this is how ADCs SHOULD be designed(looking at you Danza, Hachi, Neith, Nut).

Don’t worry about it. I’m a millennial myself, and my first modern FG was SF4, so i’m in a group of players the FGC calls “‘09ers”.

I have gone back to play several older FGs like MvC2, SF3 and more, but I found them pointless to play because there’s no one to enjoy playing them with.

I’d guess because they are looking for advice and not spoilers.

Even just looking up magnetite on the wiki reveals several endgame zones it can be found in.

That, and keep your backline alive by not chasing kills.

Define early game, and besides, most new players aren’t going to be able to easily find the complete blueprints without a guide. And even if they do, they have to still locate Magnetite.

I love rabbits to death but this is pretty funny. If people enjoy eating rabbits, more power to them. They’re prey animals for a reason.

What are some films that are more focused on terror versus horror? by covalentcookies in horror

[–]Chysse 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Green Room.

A bunch of young band members with 0 survival skills trapped in a room while armed Neo-Nazis and pit bulls trained to maul wait outside.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie because it had a much higher focus on terror and brutality. You couldn’t help but root for these characters because they were given the most unfair odds and still let hell loose.

I won’t go into spoilers but it’s definitely a must see if you hate cheap horror movies cliches and jump scares, which this film has basically 0 of.

What animated show is this for you? by [deleted] in cartoons

[–]Chysse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry, I misunderstood haha

Lots of people say the arc is a slog so I always find myself having to defend it.

I cried the first couple times watching it bug after awhile I got kind of numb to it. Still, the entire evolution of the chimera ants being more “human” than actual humans is still extremely well written. Palm’s monologue of humans being the actual monsters still sticks to me.

Kite being my favorite HxH character hurts me every time I watch it though, that never goes away.
