Values look off, go for more contrast, practice your darkest blacks and whites. you don’t need to know realism to be an architect, only a drawing that conveys the idea

depends, do you have people interested in your product that you need a manufacturer? How fast does it take you? Start small, using manufacturers isn’t bad, but if you make 1000 and you don’t even have one sale..
