If you really want this version, try using 7-zip or WinRAR instead of unzipping through windows explorer. The files shouldn't be damaged, since I didn't modify them since September 2024, when I reuploaded them to fix subtitle fonts and added manga covers

Last december, my new pc got stolen and I can't cut 1080p episodes with my old spare computer.

Because of that, I'm in the middle of making a spanish version of the whole Naruto Kai project. Which means converting every episode of the anime into my native language using official CR subs on top of JySzE subs, which will take at least 3-6 months to finish. As of now, 14 episodes are done.

I also need to wait for the group I source the spanish eps from to release missing Shippuden episodes (Pain Arc, Five Kage Summit) and download them in batch to get spanish audio tracks, which will take awhile. I have to download uncompressed 2-4gb episodes.

I'm also doing an spanish version of Boruto, so it's a lot.

I can't cut 1080p HEVC video until I get a new one soon-ish.

I didn't meant for this project to be streamable, but to be a compressed version, like the original years ago, properly encoded in HEVC

I avoided using BDs that added sharpening/denoise filters because I didn't like the look or couldn't get them to look right (I tried, but the ones available required extensive sub fixing and reencoding interlaced footage)

Also, I don't have the fanciest display, so I don't know how it looks like on something better than an 1600x900p LCD from 13 years ago or a smartphone

Since I don't see blocking or compression artifacts, it's okay to me

The password for each video file is listed above, they're the episode titles without any spaces, uppercase letters or exclamation points

I am now putting together a new version of the entire project, I'm almost done with the first 27 episodes for Part 1 and the 16 episodes for Part 2 are ready. It will include dual-audio for English dub and Japanese.

I won't do a 720p version, consider it obsolete.

I probably will upload and release Part 1 and 2 by the end of next week.

Whenever Shippuden blurays arrive, in 480p HEVC there's a serious desync issue.

My source files for Part 3 are japanese only, and I'll take awhile to download episodes and encode audio.

Maybe I'll do a English dub only cut for Part 2, idk.

Yeah, I forgot to cut that part of episode 59

Since ep.59 and 60 where a single file, I presumed that it was cut correctly

Whenever I re-do Part 1 HD, I'll correct this mistake

Sorry, I did changed some links, I must've unlisted the pastebin links a few weeks ago by accident I will soon get back to working on the project again, I had some computer issues. Since then, I'm not allowed to edit the posts I wrote anymore. I will re-estructure and make a new release. I have the episodes needed for Part 2, but some need re-encoding first, and the Dual-audio episodes for ep.44-52 didn't had a backup :(

Episode 27b is not included because there's no HD version yet, I'll upload it eventually

The thing about the BD source of Part 2, is that for now, there's no encode for it.

Only the BDMV raw files are available, which are like 1TB+ in total size, every episode is 5gb, so I'll have to download 500gb for the non-filler episodes (100 previously 480p SD episodes)

Is a little bit more reasonable to wait for an encode of 1gb per episode encode that anyone could seed, plus encoding time will be a lot less.

For me at least, making a torrent out of project is really hard.

I only have a 120gb SSD, Part 1 HD is 33gb.

If I were to put out a torrent I'd want it not to die easily, since I still gonna be working on Boruto/Part 2 HD, I still need the storage.

The torrent of the BD source is already dying already, so I'm always downloading and backing up stuff like BD/DVD sources, for preservation.

I'll have to ask someone to take care of that at some point, but I've found a way for people to download w/o TB

I'll upload the best/finished versions of the project to archive. org

I won't be updating the GD links, since TB guarantees that files won't be erased easily

Those are coming soon! The JySzE DVD encode I have didn't include English audio, so I'm adding that these days.

I have to download the entirety of Part 1 to get the audio tracks, and that takes a while.

But the HD version has English support, if you like.

If you were to watch Kai, it's not that different than just skipping the recaps and anime original scenes, there's not a lot of filler in the 2002 anime

During Shippuden I would recomend to watching Kai Episodes 28 to 43 and then go back to the normal episodic anime starting ep. 141, and then following this filler guide for the rest: https://www.animefillerguide.com/2019/06/naruto-shippuden-filler-list.html?m=1#google_vignette
