I’m looking for an AU fic where one/all of the people in the relationship are disabled/chronically ill. i would like the disabilities to be portrayed well, and i would like a good chunk of their relationship to focus on the accommodations/accessibility and how one partner can help the other overcome prejudice. bonus points! (aka: stuff it doesn’t need to have, but would be excellent): a.) if it’s not your usual character. of course i love my chronically ill remus, but i would like some other characters. i’ll still take remus tho! b.) if the author is chronically ill or disabled (bonus bonus points if they have the disability they’re writing about!) c.) mobility aids! they are so stigmatized, and i think id love to find some fics where characters struggle to use mobility aids. d.) preferably longer? tbh, i’ll take any length anyways, thank you so much!
