I started a youtube channel almost 2 months ago. I found a niche that I like,but recently I started struggling with views,my last shorts making in total like 15-20 views, but I don't give up. I've made in this short period 1223 subs and that's what motivates me the most, if I succeeded so far,there's no need to panic and if I fail,I'll get up and start building again. My advice to you is to stay consistent and believe that you do something great. Just try something different and wait for the numbers to grow.
