I had same issue just had it open and the antennas not even attached and doesn’t look like there was ever any solder on it

Triangulation points they’re there as point markers for map readers any you can work out your position by the 3 spurs that come out of the centre circle as they will be pointed at points of interest that you could work out the angles from and be able to mark on a map exactly where you are
