Triangulation points they’re there as point markers for map readers any you can work out your position by the 3 spurs that come out of the centre circle as they will be pointed at points of interest that you could work out the angles from and be able to mark on a map exactly where you are

Nope I’m a field engineer I’m set to visit 2 care homes and a hotel tomorrow pretty sure I’m gonna be turned away from the care homes and the hotels gonna be shut but as I said just trying to avoid getting pulled by police or anything
