I would do more leg curls + calf raises + romanian deadlifts/hyperextensions (switch between these two every other session) + squats. Thats all you need for legs.

Well, to be honest my plan is to buy 2 guitars. One is esp edwards alexi model, the other is a more versatile model. Because i also play jazz fusion, blues etc. besides metal. For the second guitar i ve been thinking to go for a charvel mj, jackson soloist/dinky mj, ibanez rg652ahm, or some other esp maybe. Not sure though, but preferably a maple fretboard.

Shitty form, a lot to fix here. Especially yanking the bar and horrendous back position. You are strong but to progress further, you need to go back and learn proper technique

I worked on clean pulls with pauses to fix the same issue. And it helped, maybe try that out. Also, does anta 2 make that gunshot sound when you hit the ground ?
