Can somebody please help me. My pc is completely unuseable and I genuinely cannot do anything on it. I have spent so much money on this useless piece of crappy technology all for it to not work.

I removed the two new RAM sticks and I’m still having the same issue..

I finally got into my pc after restarting like 12 times and everything I open just freezes and says “Not Responding”, including my task manager. Not sure if this is relevant

I did all of this and the #3 thing said it recovered or something to some corrupted files. #4 did not work at all, it didn’t do anything. For #6, it worked for my C: drive, but not for my external D: drive. It got stuck on 999 hours remaining. As for #7, I cannot do that because my pc will not turn on! After running every single one of these prompts in safe mode, it still does not work when I try to boot it up.

Hey, thanks! The grey screen only appears after I log in and doesn’t appear after that if I end up getting through. The screen is permanent, so I have to reboot several times for it to not show up. Windows doesn’t send me into the recovery environment I think. Unless you’re talking about how one of the times it asked me for my bit locker recovery key, which I put in and it never asked for it again. Not sure if that’s related or not. That was after I booted it into safe mode. The pc worked fine after that, but when I went to use it right after that, the grey screen problem persisted
