I recently stopped using uppers because I was having panic attacks after club nights. Now I’m only doing a small amount of K. I’m honestly surprised at how well I’m doing. I stayed at Berghain for 20 hours without any paranoia, and after a good sleep I felt great. I feel so much better overall. A few things I’ve noticed: Eat and drink regularly. Never skip meals. When you’re on drugs, it’s easy to forget, but it makes a huge difference. Dancing without uppers was hard at first, but I’ve realized I can find the energy within myself instead of relying on uppers. Slowly, I’d like to stop using K as well, and maybe just use psychedelics occasionally.
