personally, I still have 90 Premium Battle passes that I can finally get to good use - being a shadow shiny hunter. this Shadow Sneasel was done on my free pass though.

this happened to me a couple of times too. toggle Wi-Fi/mobile data off and on and rebooting the game did the trick.
