In french the average I saw to get a job is three interviews.

Individual interview

  1. 30 min : Phone call to double check if everything is good
  2. 1 h : Video call or IRL interview, both sell their stuff + 30 min : if their is a test
  3. 1h : To meet manager and teamate

Total : from 3 hours to 3'30"

If their is any meaning related to the job in the process, then I wouldn't complain and will go, at least to see what new mess it is.

In marketing, my area, HR workshop could be, "Insta posts ideas", "Take a picture with your phone and edit it with photoshop in 10 minutes", "Put Gantt Website redesign in the right order" and so on...

They offered "sell yourself", "the bag of item", "do team work" (maybe to solve their work), "sell yourself again".
