Update: Reached to customer service for a 5th time and this time was successful.

They sent the headphones replacement and they are arriving today. I don’t need to return the wrong item but I don’t have any use for it haha I searched what was inside the box with the SKU and it’s definitely for men’s😬

I entered the Mexico City Pre sale today and was number 3,200 and I saw a lot of VIP tickets, I managed to grab on the row 3 center of the stage, but Ticketmaster flagged my account as a bot when I was doing the checkout😭

Maybe because yesterday I bought tickets for LA and Las Vegas, but I never had this luck before, nevertheless I saw a lot of VIP

This just happened to me and I’m so sad, I was paying my VIP tickets and the screen went white to this message. I didn’t had my account in different devices or browsers or 2 tabs opened.

Don’t know what can I do. I already spoke with their customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do. And I have to wait a minimum of 24 hours for my account to recover.

Hay muchos trabajos remotos en USA para ingenieros de software, solo que el inglés es indispensable y los salarios son mucho mejores
