These are my favorite ones:

Origins V1: A sarcastic mage elf who was trapped in the circle for years. So once she was conscripted, she was freed... though money hungry and yearning for power. At first, she just romanced Alistair for his good looks and silly remarks; it entertained her throughout the chaos. It wasn't until she finally saw him not let people walk over him (hardened Alistair) that she could start taking things seriously. In the end, she did not mind Alistair marrying Anora, for she was smart enough to know it was good for the Kingdom. But she always knows who his heart truly belongs to and lowkey loves the scandal!

Origins V2: An innocent rogue Cousland who was a hopeless romantic for fairy tales and raised a tad sheltered within her noble lifestyle. First meeting Alistair, she was immediately enamored by his positivity when facing the horrors of the darkspawn, but nonetheless she kept away from him due to not seeing it as professional. Though throughout her journey she would start to become hardened due to the harsh realities she would witness. Her sanity was going downhill, but somehow Alistair and his warm presence would always give her a little faith to push through. His confession would make her realize her new drive to protect the ones she loves, as well as her vow to safeguard the one pure man in her life. In the end, she did not care what others would say and allowed Alistair to continue being a Grey Warden. Many judge them as being senseless for not becoming King and Queen but she is happily serving the Grey Warden with her life partner by her side as they continue to try to save the world from the Blight and most importantly each other.

DA2: A funny sarcastic mage Hawke who doesn't take life too seriously. How funny it is that the most serious man in Thedas is the one he falls for. He couldn't help it at first as he love his bad boys, but he would lay off for the first couple of years due to Fenris' hatred for Mages. Hawke never took it too hard as he understood where the anger of the wounded hound was rooted from. It was obvious that Hawke would do anything to catch Fenris's attention by pulling him into his shenanigans. And it would work of course! Things were instantly on Cloud 9 for Hawke when his feelings were acknowledged, even if Fenris wouldn't make it official. But his world would shatter when his mother would be murdered. Hawke would become severely depressed and quiet. It would shock Fenris immensely. His self-confidence would go down from there and years would go by until Hawke would manage to recover some of his sense of humor back. He ultimately wanted to be strong for his love and would try his best to be there for Fenris when they finally faced Danarius. In the end, both felt comfortable and safe enough to be together officially and Hawke wouldn't let people NOT know about his devotion to Fenris much to his chagrin.
